Looking Back at 2025: Breakthroughs and Consolidation Over the past year, the company was successfully designated as a National Specialised, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative "Little Giant" enterprise, signifying national recognition of its specialised capabilities and innovative strength within its niche sector. Annual order volume increased by 20% year-on-year, with the mining segment achieving 33% growth, further consolidating its market position. The company steadfastly upholds its principle of "Technology Leading the Future", with R&D and certification investments doubling throughout the year. While achieving technological breakthroughs in self-developed chargers, it also accomplished the stable mass production and delivery of precision lithium batteries. Building upon the existing foundation of 10 power supply and 5 battery cell Mine Safety (MA) certifications, it successfully secured key certifications for the 40Ah Mine Safety (MA) lithium battery and multiple explosion-proof products. This has established a core qualification advantage, positioning the company to fully pursue leadership in the mining battery market.
Charting 2026: Focus and Ascent Conference Deputy General Manager Hu Zhenghai proposed that technological cost reduction and standardised design should serve as core pathways to comprehensively enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness. By establishing a standardised design module library, the company aims to cultivate an agile advantage in "rapid response to small orders". Efforts will focus on building multi-disciplinary technical teams to expand into new markets and develop new products, while rigorously implementing end-to-end quality control. Ultimately, the company will strive to achieve its strategic objective of securing the top market share in the mining battery sector.
Deputy General Manager Yu Jiawen advocates a development philosophy centred on "inclusivity" and "innovation", encouraging staff to transcend personal limitations and proactively undertake challenging assignments. This approach has garnered strong market response, with the company's precision lithium battery products receiving high acclaim from clients for their outstanding qualities of substantial weight and high capacity.
Mr Yao concluded by stating that the company will steadfastly implement its "Three Pillars" strategy: consolidating the core business of mining and industrial vehicle exports while cultivating new growth drivers such as energy storage and the development of three-electric systems for specialised mining vehicles. This will establish a pyramid-shaped, robust business structure to overcome single-point dependency and enhance overall resilience against risks amid soaring lithium battery raw material prices. Mr Yao called upon all employees to break free from conventional thinking, embrace innovation, and transform "it can't be done" into "I can do it".
