23 December 2025: The year-end sprint reached its most intense phase. Frey's rallying cry—"Sixty days of hard work to clinch victory in the final push!"—sounded simultaneously at the Xuzhou production base and the Bengbu smart manufacturing base.
Dual-engine drive: Full throttle towards annual targets
The two major bases, functioning as twin engines, are operating at full throttle, driving a vigorous surge in year-end production efforts. At the Xuzhou production base, a campaign to enhance quality and efficiency is being intensified.
Since the commencement of the "Sixty-Day Intensive Push" campaign, all personnel at the Xuzhou production base have worked in close coordination. Centred on the overarching objectives of "enhancing quality, boosting efficiency, and ensuring delivery", tasks have been systematically broken down with responsibilities clearly assigned to each position and individual. Entering the PACK production workshop, one is immediately struck by the meticulous and orderly production atmosphere. The manufacturing process rigorously implements a quality control mechanism combining self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialist inspection. Key workstations are equipped with real-time video recording systems, ensuring full traceability throughout the entire production journey.
In the materials management zone, all incoming supplies undergo batch and specification verification through the system, eliminating anomalies at source. Logistics forklifts deliver precisely according to dispatch instructions, ensuring timely and orderly material supply. On-site quality inspectors conduct regular spot checks and data recording across all production stages, synchronising findings in real-time to workshop management boards. This facilitates prompt issue identification and closed-loop resolution. Internally, workshops reinforce quality awareness and operational standardisation among all personnel. Continuous process optimisation and on-site improvement initiatives further solidify the quality foundation of production processes, providing robust assurance for timely order fulfilment.
Since the turn of the year, our order books have remained consistently full, presenting considerable delivery pressures. Yet our objectives are clear and our confidence unwavering: we are determined to deliver an outstanding performance to both our clients and our company as we conclude 2025.
Bengbu Smart Manufacturing Base, fully leveraging the leading advantages of smart manufacturing
Meanwhile, the smart manufacturing base in Bengbu presents a completely different production landscape.
Entering the workshop, highly automated production lines operate with seamless efficiency. Robotic arms swing rhythmically and move with precision, functioning like well-trained 'mechanical craftsmen' to independently execute a series of intricate processes including cell sorting, stacking, and welding. The production flow requires minimal direct human intervention, with only occasional technical personnel conducting inspections and monitoring. The entire workshop radiates an orderly atmosphere, reflecting the efficiency and stability bestowed by technological advancement.
"The Bengbu facility serves as a benchmark for our factory's intelligent upgrade," stated the base manager. "Numerous advanced automation technologies and intelligent systems have been implemented here, resulting in more stable and reliable product quality, alongside a marked improvement in production efficiency compared to traditional production lines."
Craftsmanship passed down through generations Quality as our foundation, looking towards the future
Whether it be the master craftsmen's deft techniques at the Xuzhou facility or the dynamic data streams displayed on screens at the Bengbu base, Frey's rigorous quality control permeates every aspect. A comprehensive quality traceability system has been established across all production stages—from material inspection and process execution to finished product testing—ensuring each battery meets stringent standards.
This sixty-day intensive campaign represents not only a final push towards annual targets but also a concentrated assessment of Frey's achievements in intelligent manufacturing transformation. With dual production bases advancing in tandem and dual operational models working in concert, Frey is accelerating its progress in the new energy sector, leveraging its distinctive competitive edge.
As the year-end sprint enters its final phase, the two major bases in Xuzhou and Bengbu will continue to leverage their respective strengths, delivering greater efficiency and superior quality to present a satisfactory report card for 2025, thereby building stronger momentum for the new journey ahead in 2026!
