Recently, EvFrey’s Bengbu Smart Manufacturing Centre commenced mass shipments of its full range of lithium-ion batteries for two-wheeled vehicles, marking a further consolidation of the company’s presence in the power lithium-ion battery sector.
This product range utilises brand-new, first-grade lithium iron phosphate battery cells, offering advantages such as high-temperature resistance, impact resistance and a long cycle life, thereby providing a safe and reliable power source for urban commuting and professional cycling. EvFrey offers a full range of voltage options—48V, 60V and 72V—covering both the two-wheeler and three-wheeler markets, creating a diverse product portfolio to meet the needs of different users.
National Standard Low-Speed Series (Electric Bicycles)
Strictly compliant with the new national standards, this range is designed for cities where motorcycles are banned, focusing on daily short-distance travel. Safe and compliant, with hassle-free registration, its lightweight design combined with reliable battery life easily meets daily commuting needs of 30–60 kilometres, making it a convenient choice for urban travel.
Domestic Electric Scooter Range
Perfectly compatible with mainstream best-selling models from Yadea, Aima, Tai Ling and others, including popular ranges such as the ‘Little Turtle’ and ‘Eagle’ series, these scooters are ideally suited to everyday family travel and short to medium-distance journeys. Offering balanced performance and excellent value for money, they effortlessly meet everyday family needs such as grocery shopping, picking up the children and day trips to the countryside.
High-Speed Electric Motorcycle Series (Smart High-Performance Models)
Designed specifically for food delivery riders, local couriers and enthusiasts of high-performance riding, these models are compatible with smart electric vehicles from brands such as Ninebot, Jike and NIU. Combining long-range capability with high top speeds, they effortlessly alleviate riders’ range anxiety whilst satisfying the younger generation’s thirst for speed and excitement.
The Bengbu Smart Manufacturing Centre utilises standardised, fully automated production lines and implements meticulous production management to ensure that the quality of every battery is strictly controlled. With a single-shift production capacity of up to 600 units, the facility supports both mass production and customised requirements, delivering consistently and efficiently to fully meet the diverse order needs of our partners.
In terms of materials and technology, EvFrey utilises two major material systems—lithium iron phosphate and lithium manganese phosphate—enabling it to provide optimal power solutions for a range of applications. Furthermore, the company has commenced small-scale testing of solid-state batteries and is actively developing next-generation battery technologies that offer higher energy density and enhanced safety.
