Congratulations！Frey wins China Coal Industry Science and Technology Award!

Recently, Frey won the China Coal Industry Science and Technology Award, and with Jiangsu Frey Battery Technology Co., Ltd. as the main participant, the national key research and development plan project "Research and Development and application of Key technologies of low-temperature and high-specific energy lithium-ion batteries for efficient energy storage Systems" was approved. This project aims at the performance bottleneck of lithium-ion batteries for energy storage systems at low temperatures, studies the electrode/electrolyte interface stability and charge transport characteristics at low temperatures, develops new low-temperature resistant, high-specific energy electrode materials and corresponding electrolytes, and provides technical support for efficient energy storage in low temperatures. The award is not only an authoritative certification of the technical strength of the enterprise, but also marks the company's technological breakthrough in the field of industrial lithium batteries into a new stage.
Technological innovation: safer, more durable
In response to the high demand for power batteries in mining equipment, Frey broke the game with two core innovations:
1. safety guarantee : The use of high rate, high cycle, ultra-low temperature performance of cell production materials, intelligent BMS safety management system, with a unique explosion-proof structure design, as well as the standard whole process quality control system. Products have passed a number of international safety certification;
2. long life management : Independently developed BMS system, real-time monitoring of battery charging and discharging health, cycle life of more than 4000 times, comprehensive operation and maintenance cost reduced by 40%.
Industry recognition, continuous innovation
As an industry benchmark enterprise in the field of mining safety lithium batteries, Jiangsu Frey has built a product matrix for mining explosion-proof lithium batteries with 15 years of lithium battery research and development and manufacturing experience, and has the largest number of mine safety certification (MA/KA/KY) qualifications in China.
