Putting Knowledge into Practice | Frey Conducts a Corporate Knowledge Assessment for Employees

On July 23, Jiangsu Frey Battery Technology Co., Ltd. organized a corporate knowledge assessment for its employees. The assessment served not only as a comprehensive review of employees’ knowledge, but also as a focused training session designed to align thinking, build consensus, internalize corporate principles, and empower practical action. It further strengthened the foundation of talent and shared understanding needed for the company’s development.
Employees from the Order Management Department, Planning Department, Finance Department, General Administration Department, Mining and Industrial Vehicle Marketing Department, International Trade Marketing Department, Quality Management Department, Procurement Department, and Warehousing and Transportation Department participated in the assessment.
The assessment covered Frey’s development history and strategic positioning, quality policy, and lithium battery product knowledge system. It was designed to help employees gain a deeper understanding of the company’s core position as a nationally recognized “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in sophisticated and innovative products, as well as a high-tech enterprise. It also reinforced employees’ awareness of Frey’s technological expertise, professional strengths, and industrial capabilities in specialty lithium batteries and related products.
Through the training and assessment, employees gained a deeper understanding of Frey’s 16-year journey in the lithium battery industry. They developed a clearer view of the company’s direction: placing technological innovation at its core, taking exceptional quality as its foundation, and providing complete product solutions and full-lifecycle services across multiple specialized market segments. The program further strengthened employees’ recognition of Frey’s brand capabilities, platform value, and growth prospects, while encouraging them to align their individual responsibilities with the company’s strategic development and customer value system.
The assessment also covered lithium battery knowledge, helping employees in different roles build a systematic understanding of Frey’s products. This will further improve cross-departmental communication and collaboration and provide a strong professional foundation for market development, customer service, quality control, and efficient internal operations.
After the assessment, Chairman Yao and General Manager Hu conducted a systematic review and detailed explanation of the questions. This helped employees identify key learning priorities, address knowledge gaps, and deepen their understanding of Frey’s development, quality principles, and product knowledge, providing guidance for employees to apply what they have learned, perform their duties effectively, and align knowledge with action.
Going forward, Frey will continue to improve its regular learning and training system and promote the ongoing, long-term implementation of corporate culture communication, quality management improvement, and product knowledge training. The company will guide all employees to translate their identification with Frey into responsibility in their roles, embed its quality principles into their working standards, and develop accumulated knowledge into professional competence.
