Strong Start to the Year! General Manager of Frey Group Inspects and Guides Operations at Bengbu Smart Manufacturing Base

Spring heralds a new beginning, and action marks the start! The Frey Group General Manager and delegation visited the Bengbu Smart Manufacturing Base for their first post-New Year work guidance session.
Focusing on enhancing the quality and efficiency of base construction alongside product innovation and quality control, a comprehensive inspection was conducted centred on key areas including exhibition hall development, new product research and development, back-end monitoring systems, and product testing. This initiative serves to chart the course for the base's work in the coming year and reinforce accountability.
During the inspection, the General Manager and his delegation conducted an on-site review of the exhibition hall's construction progress. They inquired in detail about the project's milestone timelines, display layout planning, and functional enhancements. The delegation acknowledged the current construction achievements and provided specific requirements regarding the exhibition hall's display logic and refinement of details.
During this visit, the General Manager gained an in-depth understanding of the development progress of two new products: the mobile storage and charging vehicle and the mining truck power supply. The mobile storage and charging energy system features high charging efficiency and large energy storage capacity, suitable for scenarios such as emergency power supply for new energy vehicles. The mining truck power supply, meanwhile, is tailored to meet the extreme operational demands of large electric mining trucks. The General Manager meticulously inquired about the challenges encountered during the development process and the implementation plans, encouraging the R&D team to persist in innovation-driven development, accelerate the iteration and upgrading of new products, and continuously enhance the core competitiveness of the product range.
Meanwhile, the General Manager placed particular emphasis on two critical areas: backend monitoring operations and product quality inspection. He repeatedly stressed that backend monitoring forms the core of intelligent management, requiring continuous optimisation of the monitoring system to enhance data accuracy and real-time capabilities, thereby achieving full traceability and controllability throughout the entire process.
Product inspection constitutes the lifeline of the enterprise. Strict adherence to inspection standards and refinement of inspection procedures are imperative to prevent the release of non-compliant products, safeguarding the company's brand reputation through meticulous management.
Addressing the current issues within the base's operations, the General Manager conducted an on-site review and deployed solutions step by step, clarifying the subsequent work direction and key tasks.
All personnel at the base are required to remain focused on objectives and unite their efforts, adopting a more pragmatic approach and more efficient actions to ensure the effective implementation of tasks including exhibition hall construction, R&D innovation, and quality control. Every effort must be made to propel the development of the Bengbu Intelligent Manufacturing Base to new heights, thereby injecting stronger momentum into the high-quality development of the Frey Group.
