On May 16, customers from abroad brought technicians to Frey for a three-day study tour.
Yao Hongyan, Vice Chairman and general manager of the company, warmly welcomed the arrival of overseas customers. In the product exhibition hall, Mr. Yao introduced Frey's lithium power products and the R & D certification of mining power supplies to customers in detail. In the power assembly workshop, the customer has a detailed understanding of the assembly details of various lithium power products and the lithium power remote cloud platform data management system.

In the later stage, the person in charge of Frey Technical Service Department gave systematic guidance and training to the customer on the process theory and on-site assembly and maintenance technology of lithium power supply for forklift trucks. The customer carefully recorded and practiced on site, which enabled him to have a more detailed understanding and grasp of the technology of lithium power supply.
After three days of inspection and learning, the customer said that it was very rewarding and highly praised the clean workshop environment at Frey site, excellent product process design, and easier, safer and more efficient use of performance.
